FAQ

What time will the room be ready?

Our priority is to reduce your waiting time as much as possible! If your room is not occupied the night before your arrival, you can find a room ready early in the morning. Otherwise, we will prepare it for you as soon as it is empty, with the utmost care for perfect cleaning and organization of the room. The room can be occupied until 12:00 from other guests. At 2:00pm the latest the room will be ready and available for you.

How long can I use the room?

On the day of departure you must leave the room until 12:00. Upon request and subject to availability, it would be possible to use the room for an extended period of time (e.g. until evening). This option must be explicitly agreed and may involve additional cost (Day Use).

Where can I park my car?

Golden City: The property does not have a car park, you can park in the surrounding streets or use the private parking opposite the hotel (Athens Parking-Favierou 2, Athens 104 38-21 0524 3528). Contact them in terms of cost and time. Crystal City: The property has a 24-hour underground car park charge of 7.00 € per day. As all cars do not fit in height, please contact the Reception for any clarification. The second alternative is parking in the surrounding streets. Phidias Boutique Hotel: Due to location, the property does not have a car park. You can park in the surrounding streets, except for roads marked with blue on the asphalt, as it is only for use by the residents.

What does half board include?

Those who book the room as individual guests with half board and full board (except room and breakfast) can choose between lunch and dinner. Drinks are not included in the packages, nor are room service. You can get more information by contacting the hotel reception department.

Can I leave my suitcase somewhere?

Yes, we can take care of your luggage. If your room is not ready yet or in case of check-out. We will store your luggage for free on check-in and check-out days.

Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?

You can choose a room for smokers or non-smokers upon arrival or request with your booking. The hotel is strictly non-smoking inside the rooms.

Do you have rooms that provide services for people with disabilities?

There are some rooms where their peculiarities facilitate the accessibility of people with disabilities. (Golden-Crystal) • Currently, these rooms are not available. (Phidias)

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

Pets are generally not allowed, but upon request, at the express of agreement from the both sides with Reception, is feasible. Extra charges may occur.

Do children stay for free? (Please note: one child only per room)

Yes, children up to 2 years old stay free of charge (always accompanied by an adult).

Is it possible to have a baby cot in the room? If so, at what price?

Yes, baby cots and baby beds are available for free if they fit in the room type of the reservation.

When should I pay for my stay?

Payment is made based on your booking policy. For example, Non Refundable policy requires 100% payment before arrival, usually immediately after the reservation is completed. The Flexible Rate does not require immediate prepayment but requires a guaranteed card to keep the reservation. This means that the hotel has the right to bind the agreed amount of the policy, and to check for the validity of the payment cards. Payment must be guaranteed when you check-in, unless otherwise agreed on the basis of the applicable rates.

Do you accept or change currency?

No, we do not accept different currencies, nor do we make any conversions.

What card can I use to complete the booking?

You can use an American Express, Master Card or Visa credit or debit card.

Is there available a transfer service from and to the airport ``Eleftherios Venizelos`` or to and from the ports of Attica (Piraeus, Rafina, Lavrio)?

There is available transfer service of an extra charge, which depends on the time and the destination. For more information, please contact the reception.
